However, they lacked the technical experience to set up the programme on their own. We worked with them to connect the app’s payment flow with their preferred affiliate platform. In addition, we provided consulting and training to ensure they would be able to manage affiliate tracking and payments without any issues going forward.

The Brief: Assist With Launching an Affiliate Programme

Our client initially approached us for technical support integrating Tapfiliate, an affiliate marketing platform, with their app. This would allow them to launch and run a multi-level affiliate programme.

Specifically, they required assistance in connecting the affiliate rewards system with their existing payment flow, which used PayPal. Once set up, discounts and commissions would trigger automatically when a new customer used an affiliate link or discount code.

The Process: Implementing a Technical Payment Integration

Sigli began with an initial consultation to understand exactly whatour clientwanted toachieve. We then reviewed Tapfiliate’s technical documentation and put together an implementation plan.

It was also agreed that we would provide testing and ongoing support to ensure the affiliate programme continued to run smoothly after deployment.
