Our client is a startup that provides an all-in-one vehicle management platform to logistics providers, many of whom have large fleets and complex day-to-day operations. Based in the industrial hub of Antwerp, the company serves a diverse client base in the Benelux and across Europe. Sigli’s collaboration was instrumental in building and deploying the first version of our client’s platform, allowing the company to enter the market with a differentiated and innovative product.
Developed a comprehensive vehicle management solution with powerful analytics and fleet oversight features.
Included multiple integrations and a flexible API for gathering data from third-party and in-field data tools.

Our client is a Belgian startup. It offers an all-in-one fleet tracking platform for vehicles and heavy machinery. The solution provides fleet intelligence, asset monitoring (with in-field telemetry data) and efficiency tracking. It connects to existing infrastructure(OEM, telematics and sensors) to combine data in a single, accessible dashboard.

Our client approached Sigli in the early stages of its founding. The team had a clear vision of who the company would serve (asset-heavy logistics companies) and the problems it would solve (fragmented, inefficient management systems).
It was looking for a development partner able to understand the nuanced needs of its target user base and build a sophisticated, intuitive platform from the ground up. The platform had to cover all aspects of data aggregation, interpretation, and presentation.
Sigli agreed on a full-cycle software development package that covered all aspects of brainstorming, design, development, implementation, and post-deployment testing.
In the discovery phase, we defined all user experience and technical requirements, outlined the architecture of the platform, and gave a price estimate based on the scope of the work, time required and the ideal composition of the team.
Close communication with our client was prioritised throughout the process. It allowed us to clarify expectations as needed, ensuring the platform matched their wide-ranging vision, and deliver all stages of the project on time.
Sigli followed a seven-step process:
Requirements analysis and clarification (Q&A with the client)

Solution design and architecture

Development costs and duration estimate

Client presentation and sign-off

Development and testing

Deployment and initial user feedback

The project was managed in accordance with Agile best practices under a project lead. The Sigli team conducted daily stand-ups with the client along with regular sessions forsprint planning. There were several always-on channels for easy communication between the client and the team.

Sigli developed a minimum viable product (MVP) of the platform in three months, as agreed. The early version included SSO authentication, an easy-to-use web interface, an API, and the ability to integrate with third-party IoT gateways and telemetry providers.

Expanded functionality of the client’s internal management platform.

Improved user-facing workflows, streamlining the lease management process for store clerks.

Enabled seamless app communication with the bank via an API integration, automating several important financial processes.
We needed a team capable of executing on our vision for an integrated, seamless fleet management tool. Sigli filled that role perfectly, providing clear communication and precise execution at every stage.
