The most demanding enterprise technology projects rarely stop at implementing a single platform. Business processes have to connect with existing applications, legacy systems and company-specific tools. Some projects also require custom functionality or AI that must operate reliably within the wider technology environment.
That creates a challenge: platform expertise and broader software engineering often need to come together within the same project.
A new partnership between Sigli and Aimaras is designed around that intersection. It combines Aimaras's more than a decade of Creatio expertise with Sigli's capabilities in custom software engineering, data, automation and applied AI.
Together, the companies will pursue and deliver new Creatio projects, supporting organisations from implementation and process automation through to complex integrations, custom development and production-ready AI.
The partnership brings together two areas of expertise that become increasingly connected as implementation requirements grow.
Aimaras has specialised in Creatio since 2014, with a particular focus on customer service, contact centre and technical support automation. The company has served more than 80 clients in 26 countries and delivers Creatio consulting, implementation, customisation and support.
Its experience also extends into product development. Aimaras develops Beesender, an omnichannel chat and chatbot solution available on the Creatio Marketplace.
Sigli brings complementary capabilities around custom software development, data, automation, cloud and applied AI. Since 2015, the company has delivered more than 150 project implementations for 30 clients, covering work from discovery and architecture through to full-cycle engineering.
Putting these capabilities together creates a broader delivery model. Aimaras brings detailed knowledge of the Creatio platform and the processes built on it, while Sigli adds engineering expertise for requirements that reach beyond the platform itself.
Neither part exists in isolation. Understanding the platform is essential to designing the right solution, while broader engineering becomes important when that solution needs to interact with an organisation's specific technology environment.
For some organisations, standard platform functionality and configuration will cover what they need. Others have more complex requirements.
Creatio may need to exchange information with legacy applications or proprietary systems. Existing internal tools may need to become part of an automated workflow. A project could also require custom functionality that cannot simply be configured within the platform, or an AI capability that needs to connect to business data and operate as part of an established process.
These are the projects where the Sigli-Aimaras combination becomes particularly relevant.
Together, the teams can approach Creatio implementation as part of the organisation's wider technology environment, combining Aimaras's platform expertise with Sigli's custom engineering, integration, data and AI capabilities.
This allows platform and engineering decisions to be considered as parts of the same problem rather than handed off between disconnected teams.
Roman Rimsha, Managing Director at Sigli, describes the division of expertise this way:
“Many Creatio projects reach a point where the platform needs to connect with legacy systems, custom tools or AI models. Aimaras knows Creatio inside out, and we bring the engineering to handle everything around it. Together, clients avoid juggling multiple vendors and get a solution that works end to end.”

The partnership is broader than adding engineering capacity to an existing platform practice. It gives both companies access to expertise that expands the scope of projects they can address together.
For Aimaras, Sigli adds engineering capabilities for requirements involving complex integrations, custom applications, data and applied AI.
For Sigli, Aimaras brings more than a decade of hands-on experience with Creatio, including implementation, customisation, support and customer-facing process automation.
The result is a complementary model: each company remains focused on the areas where it has developed its expertise, while the customer gets a team able to work across the boundaries between the platform and the surrounding technology.
“Over twelve years we've seen what makes Creatio projects succeed, and it's rarely the platform alone,” says Oleg Chaevski, Founder at Aimaras. “Partnering with Sigli means we can say yes to more ambitious projects and deliver them with the same focus on reliability our clients expect.”

For organisations, this approach can be particularly relevant when business process automation crosses several systems. Rather than viewing the Creatio implementation, integrations and custom development as separate technical tracks, the teams can approach them as interconnected parts of the same delivery.
Applied AI is another area where the companies' capabilities intersect.
Bringing AI into business operations is not simply a question of choosing a model. The AI capability needs to work with company data, applications and processes, making data engineering an important part of connecting AI with the wider technology environment.
In a Creatio project, that creates work on both sides of the equation.
Aimaras brings the knowledge required to understand how the relevant processes operate within Creatio. Sigli brings experience across AI, data and software engineering to develop and integrate the technology required around those processes.
The same principle applies to complex integrations and custom functionality: platform expertise provides the foundation, while broader engineering allows the implementation to adapt to requirements specific to the organisation.
Under the partnership, Aimaras will continue supporting its existing clients, while the two companies will jointly pursue and deliver new Creatio opportunities.
That gives Sigli and Aimaras a defined way to collaborate on projects where their capabilities overlap without changing Aimaras's relationships with its current customers.
More importantly, it reflects the nature of complex enterprise implementations. The dividing line between a platform project and a custom software project is not always clear. Once integrations, proprietary applications, data flows or AI enter the picture, both disciplines may need to work together.
The Sigli-Aimaras partnership is built for that point of intersection.
Aimaras brings the Creatio knowledge developed through more than a decade of implementations. Sigli brings the wider engineering capabilities needed when those implementations extend into custom software, data, automation, cloud or AI.
Together, that gives both companies a broader foundation for taking on Creatio projects where the challenge is not simply implementing a platform, but making it work as part of a larger technology ecosystem.
Sigli and Aimaras will jointly pursue and deliver new Creatio projects, combining Creatio implementation and process automation expertise with custom software development, complex integrations, data engineering and applied AI.
