Our client is a global ICT company with a presence in over 20 countries. It works with a carefully selected group of technology partners, which include SAP, Microsoft and OpenText, to cater to clients in a diverse range of industries, from industrial manufacturing to consumer-facing healthcare.
It describes itself as a “Technology company with a heart.” And it is clear about its mission: “We deliver enterprise expertise that enables our customers’ businesses to reach their full potential, while creating a positive impact in a challenging world.”

Our client was struggling with manual, disconnected project management processes. As a large and growing company, they required a system that was secure, scalable, and easy to use across the whole organisation.
They approached Sigli to build a centralised console that would allow admins to invite and assign employees to projects and provision resources as needed. In addition, it needed to sync with the client’s large tech stack, saving time that would otherwise be spent on routine tasks like data transfer.
We began by understanding our client’s needs and what features a scalable application required to meet them. We then designed, built, and tested a full solution, continuing to gather feedback after deployment.
Requirements analysis: worked with stakeholders to define use cases, access rules, and user flows.

Conceptual design: created and refined the initial design with detailed features.

Architecture design: implemented a secure, scalable architecture supporting multiple roles (admins, managers, employees).

Licensing API service: built a web-based console for assigning users and provisioning tasks.

Testing and QA: conducted thorough functional, security, and usability testing.

Deployment and feedback: rolled out the solution and refined it based on user feedback.

Communication was via virtual meetings with key partner and client stakeholders. We used email and WhatsApp as always-on channels.
The project followed an Agile methodology, which provided a structured yet flexible delivery framework. Communication comprised daily meetings and regular sprint planning, retrospectives and product refinement calls.
Sigli delivered a feature-rich, user-friendly B2B project management platform. It drove a range of efficiency gains, allowing managers across the entire organisation to quickly grant permissions, assign projects, and provision system access and resources.
