The Challenge

The company has several developed solutions (products) offered 
to customers on different terms. It can be a subscription to a solution, customization for the business processes of a particular company, or use during the creation of end-customer products (such as 3d printed custom car parts for the interior and exterior of luxury cars).

How Did Our Collaboration Start?

The client first approached Cortlex in 2019 to involve our team in developing a number of industry projects. Since the client cooperated with another team for the first time, we faced some communication and task estimation problems. In 2021, we started working together again. This time Cortlex faced more challenges, as the company had new projects to develop and interesting ideas to implement from scratch. We had to participate in all relevant projects, which is what we are doing now.

Note that both sides learned important lessons from past mistakes and were able to establish a truly fruitful and mutually beneficial partnership. Proper organization of joint work and communications played an essential role in this.

How Did We Organize Workflows?

To avoid misunderstandings later on, we prepared well by creating comfortable conditions for both teams to work on common projects. First of all, we established remote communications between specialists and appointed persons responsible for task control on both sides.

By using Agile practices, we can quickly adapt to changes in the project, the target market, or the expectations of end-users. The agile approach also allows us to distribute tasks properly, have regular feedback from the company, and report on results after each iteration.”

What Was the Result for the Client?

Our collaboration is very fruitful. We brought our vision to each project and proposed new methods and tools for solving both standard and specific tasks.
